 ABOUT GAME 117

Game 117 is an early-development Windows action RPG set in Ashvale, a grounded procedural fantasy world being built by two brothers.

Choose a Warden, Ranger, or Mender. Version 0.1.3 includes exploration, combat, quests, loot and equipment, gathering, crafting, vendors, progression, a wolf companion, and local saving.

This is a small first paid Early Access build, not a finished game. Content, balance, presentation, performance, and save formats may change. Some characters, equipment, enemies, animations, effects, audio, interiors, roads, icons, and dungeon art remain interim or incomplete. Please buy it for what is playable now, not for a promised feature or completion date.

MULTIPLAYER STATUS

Version 0.1.3 is offered as single-player while its private co-op entry path is completed and re-verified. The intended supported scope is one host and one trusted guest over an encrypted private network such as Tailscale or ZeroTier. It is not public matchmaking, an MMO, a dedicated-server service, host migration, or cloud saving.

IMPORTANT EARLY ACCESS LIMITATIONS

• Windows only; keyboard and mouse are the primary supported controls.

• Controller rebinding and consistent controller focus across every menu are not finished.

• The Keepsake, Hearthseed Loaf, and Sunscorch Heart currently share the same fallback crate model instead of unique world models.

• Isolated buried, floating, or stuck characters, creatures, buildings, or props may still appear in the generated world.

• Generated dungeons use first-version geometry and limited presentation.

• Some temporary world and dungeon state resets between sessions.

• Flight routes may remain disabled; unavailable routes must be travelled on foot.

• Large-world loading pauses and performance variation are possible.

• Ray-traced shadows and reflections are not supported.

• Updates may change balance, content, online behavior, and save formats.

INSTALLATION AND UPDATES

The itch.io desktop app is recommended and delivers future updates automatically. Direct downloads must be updated manually.

Refund requests are handled through itch.io under its current terms. The download includes the EULA, privacy policy, support/refund/security policy, credits, notices, and complete known limitations.
